Pay your monthly mortgage payment securely online.

Submit your monthly mortgage payment securely online.

Ready to pay off a loan? Send us the borrower name, mortgage account number, property address, a phone number, and the date you plan to send funds. Once we've verified your identity, we'll send a payoff statement good through that date.

If you're requesting a payoff on behalf of a borrower, include written authorization signed by the borrower. We need it on file before we can release loan information to a third party.

If the loan has already transferred to another servicer, request the payoff from them. Your transfer notice names the company and gives their contact information.

If your loan was transferred

Mortgage loans are commonly transferred to a servicing company after closing. Your rate, term, and payment amount stay exactly as agreed, and you receive written notice naming the new servicer and where to send payments.

If you have a question about a transferred loan, including tax documents for a year we serviced it, email info@thompsonkane.com or call toll-free at (800) 228-9270. When the answer belongs with your current servicer, we'll tell you who to contact and what to ask for.

Update your homeowners insurance after a transfer

Your homeowners insurance policy names the lender holding the first lien on your home. That line is called the mortgagee clause, and it controls where your insurer sends notices and whose name appears on a claim check.

When your loan transfers, we email you what your insurance agent needs to make the change. Send it along as soon as you get it and ask for an updated declarations page confirming the update.

If the policy still lists Thompson Kane when you file a claim, the insurer may issue the check in our name. We can't endorse a check for a loan we no longer own, and having it reissued to the correct servicer delays the start of repair work.
